The Center of Excellence in Research, Education, and Cultural Studies (CEREC) is dedicated to the advancement of scientific research and knowledge acquisition, production, and dissemination in the fields of education, learning sciences, cultural studies, and cross-cultural communication and understanding.

CEREC is committed to sustainable development and capacity building to empower marginalized communities and serve youth, scholars, and academics regardless of their religious, political, or geographical affiliation, towards a more prosperous and peaceful coexistence.
